At the Bay of Fundy Sea Kayak Symposium, we carefully select our coaches through an application process. Each coach applies for a position on our coaching team, ensuring their commitment and motivation to be involved in this exceptional event. We also select coaches from key paddling markets to attract paddlers who will benefit from the incredible venues and warm hospitality we have to offer. This approach allows us to assemble a team of passionate and experienced coaches dedicated to providing top-quality instruction, creating an unforgettable experience on the dynamic waters of the Bay of Fundy.
